	Sanctuary from Securewave - Device policy enforcement solution for Windows Embedded for Point of Service and Windows XP Embedded. Allows you to control what devices are connected to a system.

Windows XP Embedded Image Difference Engine

Critical tool for creating custom package for updating XP Embedded systems. Must have an OEM license agreement to get access.

SQL Server Management Studio Express

Curious to see what the data tables look like in the XP Embedded Database; then you need to check out this tool. Do not let the name fool you; it works with MSDE too.

Front Motion

Full GINA replacement solution that uses Macromedia flash as the front end.

LogonStudio

Stardock's LogonStudio allows you to replace the "friendly logon" screen with a graphic of your own design.

DUA Script Engine

From Aaron Stebner's Blog, a very useful tool to help take the work out of creating Device Update Agent (DUA) scripts. There is also documentation and upates. You can download the tool here.
